 Domaines d’activités/Specific Areas of Responsibility

1. Développer une stratégie de communication afin de bien informé nos membres de nos activités divers en développant un bulletin mensuel, des imprimés disponible sur internet et le développement d’un tableau d’information / Develop and implement an annual communication strategy to ensure residents and stakeholders are informed about our activities, including the following approaches; print and online media engagement, monthly bulletins, community billboards;
2. Organiser des sessions d’informations pour nos residents ou ils peuvent venir obtenir des connaissances ainsi que participer dans les affaires du conseil  / Organize events at which residents can become better informed about issues and/or contribute to the VCA’s discussion of issues;
3. Organiser et participer à des événements pour célébrer l’héritage et la vie communautaire dans Vanier / Organize or participate in events at which residents can celebrate the attributes or heritage of life in Vanier;
4. Développer une strategie afin d’augmenter notre nombre de résidents adhérés à l’association /  Develop and implement an annual strategy to increase VCA’s membership;
5. Promouvoir l’affiliation de l’association avec d’autres partenaires communautaires de Vanier afin de planifier et/ou collaborer dans des activités communes / Promote VCA’s affiliation with other institutional stakeholders in Vanier, including joint activities and collaboration where appropriate;
6. Promouvoir l’affiliation de l’association avec d’autres associations communautaires dans l‘esprit de collaboration et pour fin d’activités communes  / Promote VCA’s affiliation with other community associations, particularly those immediately adjacent, with a view to collaboration and joint activities where appropriate;
7. Identifier et mettre en place des opportunités de levées de fond tels qu’approuver par le conseil / Identify and implement opportunities for fundraising, as approved by the Board.
